SAFE SPACES: FREE TRAUMA-INFORMED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The California Department of Education and the Aces Aware Learning Center offer a free, self-paced, 2 hour professional development on Trauma-Informed educational practices. There is a differentiated module for the age group you primarily work with (0-5, 6-11, or 12-18), or you can take all three! I have taken these trainings and definitely recommend them as a starting point for educators looking to learn more about ACES and Trauma-Informed practices.
